Datuk Seri Madius Tangau
KOTA KINABALU: Parti Upko secretary-general Datuk Donald Peter Mojuntin has lodged a police report following allegations of bribery involving his president Datuk Seri Madius Tangau (pic).
Mojuntin in his report said they received information on a Facebook posting under the account “Sabah Sarawak Future”, accusing Tangau of receiving RM30 million after GE14.
He said the posting claimed that the money was for Tangau to turn his back on Barisan Nasional and work with Parti Warisan Sabah-Pakatan Harapan to form the state government.
“The allegation also claimed that Tangau was promised and offered the deputy chief minister post,” he said, after lodging the report at the Penampang police station near here at 2pm Wednesday (May 23).
